In the antiquated real estate markets of Italy, France and Spain,
Casavo makes buying, selling and renovating homes simple.  So simple, you
could sell your house hours after listing it. Or buy a house that’s 100% ready to move
into. Freeing you up to focus on what really matters—doing whatever you want.
Whether that’s reminiscing about the good times, poring over furniture options, or not thinking
about the move at all.  As the business grew, it needed a brand that could
live up to its big ambitions.  




    


When it comes to writing, real estate brands often focus on
the functional. Getting things sold fast. Finding you a home for
the right price. But buying and selling isn’t functional. It’s an
emotional thing. Leaving behind memories, the excitement of
new beginnings. Casavo needed a voice that reflected the significance
of the occasion.




We brought their new brand to life with a launch campaign
that celebrated that ‘just sold’ and ‘new home’ feeling. I worked
on it from concept to casting. Having to write headlines within
the voice that could be translated into three different languages
really put my writing to the test. They were simple in the end, but
they did the trick.
